Winplot is a general-purpose plotting utility, which can draw (and animate) curves and surfaces presented in a variety of formats.

This is the debut of the Win32 release, for Windows 95 and NT systems (Win32s on Windows 3.1 is not supported). It shares the same rock-solid core technology with the older versions, but also supports the modern conveniences you've come to expect from 32-bit applications like support for long filenames and a standard graphical toolbar.
